Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes — cancel whenever you want from the subscription panel or Stripe Portal. You retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period. No hidden cancellation fees.

What happens when my trial ends?

After 14 days the account enters Expired state — your data remains intact. You can upgrade to Starter at any time to regain full access. Data is not deleted.

How does upgrading from Trial to Starter work?

Click "Upgrade to Starter" on the pricing page or subscription page. You'll be redirected to Stripe Checkout. After payment the plan activates immediately — all trial data is preserved.

Does Enterprise have a fixed price?

Enterprise is a custom-priced plan — it depends on the number of brands, AI models and support level. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss details.

Which AI models are available?

Trial and Starter use the default GPT model (OpenAI). Enterprise allows model selection per project: GPT, Gemini 2.0 Flash (Google), Perplexity Sonar. Models are available directly from the project panel.

Is my data secure?

Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Supabase EU region). Connections encrypted with SSL/TLS. Per-user isolation at the database level — each user has a separate analytics data schema.
