History and filtering
Snapshot history lets you review all completed analyses with filtering options.
Available filters

History limits by plan

Note: Snapshots older than the plan limit are hidden, not deleted. After upgrading to a higher plan they become visible again.
History table view
The history table shows per snapshot:
- Date and time
- Prompt (shortened)
- Project and cluster
- Status
- Mention (yes/no) + sentiment
- Ranking position
Going to details
Click any row in the table to open the full snapshot view with tabs such as Overview, Sources, Full Response, and analysis details.
Data export
History data can be exported to CSV from the history view.
Tips
- Use the date range + cluster filter to see how Visibility Score changes within a specific topic
- Filter by sentiment = negative to find snapshots that need attention
