GEORate automatically generates alerts based on snapshot results. Alerts appear in the alert center and as notifications in the top bar.
New mention
Your brand appeared in an AI response where it had not been present before.
Sentiment change
The sentiment of a mention changed compared with the previous snapshot for the same prompt.
New negative mention
A high-priority alert for mentions with negative sentiment.
New competitor detected
An AI response included a brand that had not been tracked before.
Ranking position drop
Your brand dropped by more than 2 positions in the ranking for a given prompt.
Ranking position increase
Your brand moved up by more than 2 positions.
Alert priorities

Alert center
The alert center shows:
- A list of all alerts (resolved and unresolved)
- Filters by type, priority, and date
- The unresolved alert counter in the interface
