Alert types
GEORate automatically generates alerts based on snapshot results. Alerts appear in the alert center (/brands/[id]/alerts) and as notifications in the topbar.

New mention
Your brand appeared in an AI response where it had not been present before.
Sentiment change
The sentiment of a mention changed compared with the previous snapshot for the same prompt.
New negative mention
A special priority for mentions with negative sentiment.
New competitor detected
An AI response included a brand that had not been monitored before.
Ranking position drop
Your brand dropped by more than 2 positions in the ranking for a given prompt.
Ranking position increase
Your brand moved up by more than 2 positions.
Alert priorities

| 🟢 Low | Green | Ranking increase, new positive mention |
Alert center
The alert center (/brands/[id]/alerts) shows:
- A list of all alerts (resolved and unresolved)
- Filters by type, priority, and date
- The unresolved alert counter in the sidebar
