Introduction to GEORate

GEORate is a platform for monitoring your brand’s visibility in responses generated by AI models — ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

What is GEO Monitoring?

Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is the practice of optimizing your brand’s presence in AI systems powered by large language models (LLMs). Unlike traditional SEO (Google, Bing), GEO focuses on how your brand is described, recommended, and positioned by generative AI.

GEORate automatically sends questions (prompts) to AI models and analyzes the responses for:

  • Is your brand mentioned? — mention detection
  • How is it evaluated? — sentiment: positive, neutral, negative
  • At what position does it appear? — ranking relative to competitors
  • What share of voice does it have? — AI Share of Voice

How does GEORate work?

  1. You configure a workspace and brand — provide your company name, aliases, and products
  2. You create a project and prompts — define the questions AI should answer (for example, “What brand monitoring tools do you recommend?”)
  3. GEORate runs snapshots — automatically sends the questions to selected AI models
  4. You analyze the results — the dashboard shows metrics, trends, and alerts
