Workspace and Brand Setup

After registering in GEORate, the first step is to configure your workspace and add the brand you want to monitor.

Workspace

A workspace is the container for your organization. Each account has one workspace. Workspace settings are available in Settings → Workspace.

What does a workspace include?

• Organization details (name, plan)
• Billing settings (Stripe)
• All brands associated with your account

Brand

A brand is the company or brand you want to monitor in AI responses.

How do you add a brand?

1. Go to Onboarding Step 2 or Settings → Brand
2. Enter the brand name (for example, “Your Company Inc.”)
3. Add aliases — alternative names under which your brand is known
4. Click Save

Brand aliases

Aliases are additional names that AI models may use when mentioning your brand:

• Shortened name (for example, “YourCompany” instead of “Your Company Inc.”)
• English-language version of the name
• Common colloquial names

Tip: The more precise aliases you provide, the more accurate mention detection will be in AI responses.

Products

Products are specific services or products from your company that AI may mention separately.

When should you add products?

• When your company has several clearly distinct products or services
• When you want to monitor mentions of specific products, not just the brand

How do you add a product?

1. Go to Brand → Products
2. Click Add product
3. Enter the product name and optional aliases
4. Save
