Projects

A project is a set of prompts (questions) tied to a specific monitoring strategy. One brand can have multiple projects.

How do you create a project?

1. Go to the brand page → Projects
2. Click New project
3. Enter the project name
4. Choose the AI model (Enterprise: GPT, Gemini, Perplexity; Free/Starter: GPT-4)
5. Click Create

Note: The AI model assigned to a project is immutable after saving. Choose it carefully.

Prompts

A prompt is a specific question that GEORate sends to the AI model during a snapshot.

Examples of good prompts

"What AI brand monitoring tools do you recommend?"
"List the top 5 brand intelligence platforms."
"What do you think about [Your Company] as a provider of service X?"
"Compare [Your Company] with its main competitors."

How do you add a prompt?

1. In the project view, click Add prompt
2. Enter the question in natural language
3. Optionally assign it to a thematic cluster
4. Save

Prompt suggestions

GEORate can automatically suggest new prompts based on your brand and existing prompts. Click Generate suggestions in the project view.

Clusters

Clusters are thematic groups for prompts (for example, “Product reviews”, “Competitor comparisons”, “Use cases”).

Clusters help you:

• Organize prompts by topic
• Compare results across categories
• Identify areas with the lowest visibility
