Alert center

Access: /brands/[id]/alerts or by clicking the bell icon in the topbar.

Browsing alerts

The alert center displays a chronological list of alerts with:

  • Type and priority
  • Generated date
  • Related snapshot/prompt
  • Status: resolved / unresolved

Resolving alerts

Single alert

  1. Click an alert in the list
  2. Review the details
  3. Click Resolve

All alerts

  1. In the alert center, click Resolve all
  2. Confirm the action

Alerts in the topbar

The bell icon in the top-right corner shows the number of unread alerts. After clicking it, a popover appears with recent alerts and a link to the alert center.

Email notifications

Email notifications for high-priority alerts can be configured in Settings → Workspace → Notifications (Starter+ feature).

Tips

  • Resolve alerts regularly — old alerts make new ones harder to spot
  • High-priority alerts (red) require immediate attention
  • Clicking an alert takes you to the related snapshot, where you can see the full context
