Alert management
Alert center
Open the alert center from Brand → Alerts or by clicking the bell icon in the top bar.
Browsing alerts
The alert center displays a chronological list of alerts with:
- Type and priority
- Generated date
- Related snapshot or prompt
- Status: resolved / unresolved
Resolving alerts
Single alert
- Click an alert in the list
- Review the details
- Click Resolve
All alerts
- In the alert center, click Resolve all
- Confirm the action

Alerts in the top bar
The bell icon in the top-right corner shows the number of unresolved alerts. After clicking it, a popover appears with recent alerts and a link to the full alert center.
Email notification preferences
You can choose which alerts are sent to you by email. Go to Settings → Workspace → Notifications — all four types are enabled by default:

Deep ranking drop threshold
Position-drop emails are only sent for deep drops of 3 or more positions. Smaller drops still generate alerts in the alert center, but they are not emailed — this keeps the digest focused on significant changes.
Delivery
Alert emails are delivered as a daily digest — one email per day summarizing all qualifying alerts. The digest is available on the Starter, Pro and Enterprise plans.
Changes to the preferences apply to all future alerts.
Tips
- Resolve alerts regularly — old alerts make new ones harder to spot
- High-priority alerts require immediate attention
- Clicking an alert takes you to the related snapshot, where you can see the full context
